Kimberly’s Bakery© Is a Gluten free bakery, which does not use eggs, yeast, sesame, dairy products, potatoes, or rice. And though we do not use nuts, some of our supplies use nuts in their operations. Our pure chocolate chips contain soy lecithin xanthan gum comes from corn.
Our producers, Kimberly and her father, work to make bakery treasures, including Flax sandwich bread, which continues to be moist, even when toasted, in part because of the way we process our flax, so that the bodies inner parts are bathed in Omega #3. with freshly ground flax providing Mucilage, coating the internal organs, and repairing the damage caused by, among other things, gluten, chemo and ulcers.
This bread is especially suited to diabetics since the glycemic index is reduced in foods which contain flax, and beans have a low index to begin with. And we use Canola oil, lots of Omega 3. But we could use others if requested, ex Sunflower.
